Heated Pool

The pool will be warmed to a cozy 85 degrees, unless you request a different temperature, just give us a 24-hour heads-up! Please note there is a 2-hour minimum for heating, and once it's on, the pool will stay toasty for the whole length of your reservation.

🌴🧺 Missing Towel Fee

We proudly provide fluffy, resort-styled tropical towels for your pool day enjoyment! Please be sure all towels stay at Tropic Oasis when your booking ends. Any towels not returned at check out will result in a $30 per towel missing towel fee. Our towels love vacationing with guests, but unfortunately, they are not quite ready for a permanent retirement off the island.😅☀️

Forgot a swim diaper? No worries — we’ve got you covered! Swim diapers are available for purchase for $2 each. 💦☀️ 🚨 PLEASE NOTE: SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT FULLY POTTY TRAINED. 🚨 Any accidents in the pool will result in a $250 cleaning and sanitation fee due to the extensive treatment required to safely reopen the pool for guests. Help us keep Tropic Oasis crystal clear, clean, and resort-ready for everyone! ✨🏊‍♀️

Need a little extra time to decorate before the party starts? Guests may add 30 minutes of non-swim setup time for $25 to prepare their own decorations prior to the start of their reservation. 🎈✨ Up to 3 adults may arrive early during this setup window. Please note: this is setup time only — swimming is not permitted during the 30-minute preparation period. Then it’s time to kick back, relax, and enjoy your tropical escape! 🍹☀️

🧹🌴 Extended Clean Up Time

Need a little extra time after the party? Guests may add 30 additional minutes of non-swim cleanup time for $25 to gather belongings, remove decorations, load vehicles, and tidy up after their celebration. ✨🗑️ Please note: this is cleanup time only — swimming is not permitted during the extended cleanup period. A stress-free ending to your tropical getaway? Now that’s paradise. 😎☀️

🚫🍷🌴 Glass Breakage Fee

We love tropical vibes… but turning the pool into a giant margarita hazard zone is where we draw the line. 😅🍹💥 For the safety of all guests, glass is strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. If glass breaks near or inside the pool, the pool may need to be completely drained and professionally cleaned because nobody wants to play “Find the Invisible Shard” with their feet. 🦶😬 🚨 ANY GLASS BREAKAGE WILL RESULT IN A $1,000 FEE DUE TO REQUIRED POOL CLOSURE, DRAINING, AND SAFETY CLEANUP. 🚨 Help us keep Tropic Oasis sparkling, safe, and barefoot-friendly for everyone! ☀️🏊‍♀️

Accidents happen… but when a little swimmer leaves behind an unexpected “pool floatie,” our tropical paradise has to temporarily shut down for emergency sanitation and chemical treatment. 😅🚫🏊‍♂️ Unfortunately, this is not the kind of “pool party” anyone signed up for. 💦😂 🚨 ANY DIAPER OR FECAL ACCIDENT IN THE POOL WILL RESULT IN A $250 CLEANING & SANITATION FEE. 🚨 This fee helps cover the extensive cleaning, chemical balancing, and temporary pool closure required to get Tropic Oasis back to crystal-clear resort condition for all guests. ✨☀️
