About the pool
Beautiful saltwater pool and hot tub includes the use of covered cabana with indoor half-bath, back porch with picnic table, two lounge chairs, mini-fridge, and ice chest. Umbrellas provide some shade. Feel free to use any toys or floats you find around the pool area.

You may park in my driveway if there's space, or on the grassy sidewalk area in front of the house. Please don't block any of the neighbors driveways.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST BE CLOSELY MONITORED AT ALL TIMES.
The middle of the pool is the deepest part around 5 feet. The pool is too shallow for diving.
NO GLASS!
The deck is slippery when wet so please be careful and no running.
No rowdy, loud, or disrespectful conduct will be tolerated.
