Welcome to Our Family Pool in Buda/South Austin! We’re thrilled to share our private pool with guests looking for a peaceful, sunny retreat. This is our personal sanctuary, and we love welcoming like-minded visitors who appreciate a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable space. To ensure a serene experience for everyone—including our neighbors—we do limit the number of guests per booking. We love dogs! But please don't bring more than two, total, maximum. Your dog MUST remain leashed until they enter the backyard. Our neighbors and their dogs do not want to be approached by your wet, loose dog -- friendly or not. :-) We also respect your privacy completely! We will never enter the backyard unannounced, and you can reach us at any time through the Swimply app for a prompt response during your visit. Pool Rules & Safety Guidelines For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: 🚫 No parties – Our space is designed for intentional relaxation, not large gatherings. 🚭 No smoking – Help us keep the air fresh and the space clean. 🚻 No bathroom available – Please plan accordingly. ⚠️ No lifeguard on duty – Swim responsibly. ⚖️ Pool use is at your own risk – By booking, you acknowledge that the host assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring on the premises. You and your guests waive all legal claims against the host by using the pool. 🥤 Drinks are welcome, but glass is strictly prohibited – If glass is broken in or around the pool, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. Additional Guidelines: ✅ Children must be supervised at all times. ✅ No diving or rough play. ✅ Be mindful of noise levels. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful environment for you and our neighbors.
