Behind a private fence, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed retreat centered around a heated (if applicable), in-ground **12' x 24' saltwater pool** with a spacious tanning ledge. Whether you're planning a relaxing afternoon in the sun, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for an escape from the city, this space was designed to feel like a boutique resort. Your reservation includes exclusive use of the backyard amenities during private rentals, including: * Saltwater pool with tanning ledge * Luxury chaise lounges * Poolside umbrellas * Premium pool floats * Outdoor dining area * Gas grill * Fire pit * Complimentary towels * Pool Wi-Fi * Lockers for personal belongings * Festive café lighting and evening pool lighting Guests also enjoy access to a comfortable sunroom with seating, a mini-fridge and an adjacent private bathroom with a shower. --- ### Private Gatherings The Aquatic Club is the perfect setting for birthdays, dinner parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, holiday gatherings, corporate retreats, and other special celebrations. Private events require a **3-hour minimum reservation**. A cleaning fee must be added under Premium Amenities for all private events. --- ### Day Passes Looking for a relaxing pool day without booking the entire space? Individual Day Passes are available for guests who simply want to unwind by the pool. **Please note:** Day Passes are **shared access**, not private rentals.
