STANDARD BOOKINGS: All reservations include one driveway parking spot, unlimited free street parking, private entrance to saltwater pool and hot tub and use of our newly-renovated, luxurious bathroom with plenty of space to change before or after using the pool. Feel free to utilize the large covered cabana, outdoor sectionals, loungers, two-person swing, hammock, table/chairs, and use of yard in and behind the fence (our property goes to back treeline). Pets ARE NOT allowed in pool or inside. PREMIUM AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE ADDED: $150 flat fee: Use of full kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, high top table with stools, pantry, etc. Use of family room with large leather sectional, ceiling fan, bar, wine fridge, and 75” Smart TV. $25 flat fee: Use of gym with weight rack with bench, barbell, free weights, kettlebells, TRX bands, dumbbells, pull-up bar, and treadmill. *Heated pool and hot tub available May-October*
