Lounge & Play Oasis

Beautiful new construction (2024) pool with extended Baja shelf, large hot tub, outdoor kitchen, putting green, dining area, and plenty of deck and yard space. The extended tanning deck features in-water furniture and is great for lounging. The pool slopes from 3ft - 6ft deep, so has areas for whatever kind of swimming your group is looking to do. It can be heated or chilled to be comfortable in any weather. The hot tub seats ~12 people comfortably (but many more if you’re feeling ambitious!) and can be heated to 104 degrees. The outdoor kitchen features all new appliances, including a gas grill, sink, and poolside refrigerator, as well as an electrical outlet. Our large backyard has plenty of flat, grassy areas as well that are perfect for setting up outdoor games, tables, or tents for food. The decking around the pool is all gorgeous, marbled stone pavers, and the outdoor kitchen roof and pergola conversation area are hand-constructed cedar. When the plants and trees are blooming, our gardens create a beautiful backdrop to eat and relax in. We’ve put a lot of ourselves into the design of our backyard oasis and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
