Hot tub is available for guest use. The pool stays heated at 82 degrees year round. If you wish to use the hot tub, the fee is $25/hour additional to cover the cost of gas. Owner controls all heat settings for pool and hot tub.

Pool

Pool available and included for all guests. Pool stays heated at 82 degrees year round included in your rental price. If you require the pool to be warmer than 82 degrees there will be an additional for for increased gas use.

Wifi is available for guest use

Shower

We have an outdoor shower available for guest use. Please bring your own toiletries.

Speakers

We have one Alexa speaker on the patio available for guests to play music via our Amazon Music app. If you would like a large Party speaker, we have one for rent at $10 per hour.

Full access & overnight stay (check out is 11am) of our private guest casita for up to 2 guests. King bed, washer, dryer, full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, airfryer, vitamix blender, toaster, coffee maker: drip & nespresso), TV loaded with all apps & live cable tv, wifi.
