About the pool

Dive into year-round swimming fun at our indoor, private, beautiful residential pool located in South Denver off of Yosemite and I-225! With water heated to a delightful 87-92 degrees, friends and family can swim comfortably for hours. Enjoy the lush tropical foliage in the sun-filled pool room with glass doors and skylights. Relax in the two-person lounger, hanging egg chair, or several other seating options. When weather allows enjoy seating on our back patio and beautifully landscaped backyard. Outdoor seating for up to 40. We have an abundance of pool toys, dive toys, floaties, life jackets, and accessories for swimming laps, and towels.

We also have a 7 seat above ground hot tub located outside on the back patio that you are free to enjoy!

You are welcome to use the restroom located inside the main residence. Come enjoy a stay-cation, enjoy some warm swimming even in the snow, have a birthday party, or schedule water aerobics sessions with your friends!

Use of our 6 seater above ground outdoor hot tub. It's a brand new tub with tons of jets, waterfall, and LED lights. Includes heating the tub to 102 degrees.

The pool is heated to 82 degrees standard, which can feel pretty chilly especially in cold weather. If you'd like the water to be warmer than 85, please select this premium amenity to cover the hefty cost of heating. We prefer a balmy 91-92 degrees so kids don’t get cold!

Off-Season Patio use + Outdoor Heaters

During off-season, patio furniture is kept covered. However, sitting by the fire pit underneath the outdoor heaters can be delightful on a sunny winter day! Covers the time to uncover & clean patio furniture and set up heaters. Excellent for large groups needing extra seating. Blankets included.
