NO glass allowed in backyard. Music and human volume must be reasonable for neighbours. Keep space clean. Space and items must be returned to the places / condition they were found in. All garbage must be cleaned up. All infants / young children are REQUIRED to wear swim diapers if getting in the pool to prevent soiling accidents.
