Pair the hot tub with the cozy patio furniture, covered back porch, and the ambience of the patio lights for a relaxing afternoon or evening with family and friends. Your booking includes access to both the hot tub and the pool! What’s included: • Pool with diving board (unheated but refreshing!) • Hot tub (ideal for 1–6 guests) • Covered patio seating (comfortable for 6–8) • Gas BBQ for easy grilling (extra charge if interested) • Beautiful ambience under patio lights • 2-piece bathroom just inside the patio doors • Driveway parking for 2 cars (plus free street parking nearby) Bonus: Need a change of scenery while you work or study?
