Enjoy this 30' by 15' heated (90°-ish) “hybrid” inground pool year-round, rain-or-shine! A private in-home restroom (no shower) is available off the patio. In summer, enjoy more elbow room and outdoor amenities when a transparent, telescoping cover is rolled back transforming the cocooned lagoon into an open-air oasis! Message if you need a blocked date/time to see if I can flex. Book enough time for your prep, clean up, and clothing changes in addition to desired swim time. In summer sunshine, we roll-back the telescoping cover for open-air gatherings for up to 10 people with access to the entire patio inlude several covered seating and picnic areas on patio. In the chilly and dreary months, you and up to five guests can escape the wintery weather with a mellow, restorative swim INSIDE the warm, cozy pool enclosure. Enter the 7' tall Laguna™ structure via double sliding doors. Note, the sloping plexiglass sides of the enclosure restrict passage around the sides and back of the pool, prohibit activities and games involving airborn balls / objects, and limit the number of guests we can comfortably and safely host under the closed cover. 100% potty-trained toddlers 2+ in swim diapers may swim. Two adults required for two or more kids. Never leave kids alone at pool! You may bring infants and kids under two, but only potty-trained kids are allowed in the pool. This policy ensures that the pool remains safe and operational — thank you for understanding.
