Rain-or-shine Retreat: Heated Hybrid Inground Pool & Patio

Enjoy this 30' by 15' heated (90°-ish) “hybrid” inground pool year-round, rain-or-shine! A private in-home restroom (no shower) is off the patio. In summer, enjoy more elbow room and outdoor amenities when a transparent, telescoping cover is rolled back transforming the cocooned lagoon into an open-air oasis! Message if you need a blocked date/time to see if I can flex. Book enough time for your prep, clean up, and clothing changes in addition to desired swim time. In summer sunshine, we roll-back the telescoping cover for access to the entire patio and open-air gatherings for up to 10 people. 100% potty-trained toddlers 2+ in swim diapers are OK. Two adults required for two or more kids. Never leave kids alone! In the chilly, dreary months, up to 8 adults (including 13+ family members) can escape the wintery weather with a mellow, restorative swim INSIDE the warm, cozy pool enclosure. Enter the arching, 7' tall Laguna™ structure via double sliding doors leading to pool stairs with a handful of deck chairs on either side of the welcoming entry. Note, the sloping plexiglass sides of the enclosure restrict passage around the sides and back of the pool, prohibit activities and games involving airborn balls / objects, and limit the number and ages of guests we can comfortably and safely host. WAIVERS: All guests must sign an eWaiver / Release of Liability form for self and minor children before arrival. Link provided after booking confirmation. GEAR: Bring your own towel or terry robe (terry turbans are great for long hari). Bring your own personal goggles / masks. New towels are availble for purchase as amenity. KIDS: During our first summer with Swimply, we're trying out low-key family swims (ages 2+; 100% potty-trained and in swim diaper) or small, quiet gatherings up to 10 people.
