Rain-or-shine Retreat: Heated Hybrid Inground Pool & Patio

Enjoy this 30' by 15' heated (90°-ish) “hybrid” inground pool year-round, rain-or-shine! A private indoor restroom (no shower) is a few steps off the peaceful patio. In summer, enjoy more elbow room and outdoor amenities when a transparent, telescoping cover is rolled back transforming the cocooned lagoon into an open-air oasis! Message if you need a blocked date/time to see if I can flex. In the chilly, dreary months, you and up to 7 other adults or teen+ family can escape the wintery weather with a mellow, restorative swim inside a warm, cozy outdoor pool enclosure. Enter the arching, 7' tall Laguna™ structure via double sliding doors leading to pool stairs with a handful of deck chairs on either side of the welcoming entry. Note, the sloping plexiglass sides of the enclosure restrict passage around the sides and back of the pool, prohibit activities and games involving airborn balls / objects, and limit the number and ages of guests we can comfortably and safely host. In the summer sunshine, we roll-back the telescoping enclosure for access to the entire patio and picnic area conducive to larger open-air gatherings and bookings of up to 12 people. WAIVERS: All guests must sign Waiver and Release of Liability forms for self and minor children on arrival. GEAR: Please bring your own towel or terry robe (terry turbans are great for long hari). Bring your own personal goggles / masks. New towels, robes, and turbans are availblr for purchase. KIDS: Children 13 and up are welcome for low-key family swims or small, quiet parties. For noise, safety and sanitation reasons we cannot accommodate children under 13. With two adults (you and another adulty) supervising, we can host a mellow party for 6 teens in winter or 10 teens in summer.
