Our home runs on a small septic system that requires professional cleaning every 2 weeks ($450). For groups of 50 guests or less, we ask for a $250 maintenance fee. If its for groups of 50+ 300$. We will have a portable restroom instead if you prefer not to pay the fee. Thanks for understanding.
