This is an intimate space for two or thirty-five people. Bring the Clan, because it is as much family friendly as it is office staff ready for costume and holiday gatherings. Established in 2016 this is the destination space with just enough variety in amenities to satisfy just about everyone. Enjoy buffets in the huge dining room or adjacent eat-in kitchen that is supported by three ovens. Relax in the first level great room that has an original functioning wood burning fireplace. Adorn with four sofas, a love seat and a vibrating, heating, all leather sleep chair. The lower inside level offers a 2-person dry sauna, side refrigerator full of complementary beverages. There is a game room with a 10-person cushioned table with individual cup holders. Also, in this room is a closet with games that we grew up with from floor to ceiling. On this same level is a professional billiard table, air hockey, a 65-inch surround sound home theater. Also, there is a wet bar that seats six. Centered in this room is a huge marble fireplace imported from Mexico. Outside is the patio level with a six-person jacuzzi hot tub. Soon to be replaced in the Spring with a brand new one. Here there is plenty of seating and gorgeous landscaped views. Six-foot fencing provides the necessary privacy while enjoying camp-style cooking on either of two charcoal grills.
