Includes pool, hot tub and pool table. All bookings with more than 15 individuals will be required to submit a $250 refundable security deposit the day of the event. The refundable deposit will be returned within two hours following event. Also, a property manager will meet you on site to provide tour and walk you through utilizing sound system and remain on property throughout your stay (in office area) should any additional assistance is needed. This is a residential neighborhood so no personal speakers are allowed on the property to respect the neighbors. This location is suited for adult individuals who are looking to enjoy time together. No loud parties.
