This is an active woodworking/makerspace shop. In addition to woodworking, the shop is capable of welding, plasma cutting, industrial sewing - multi-material fabrication. Because of its multi-material space and tooling, the shop is ready to do "set fabrication". For production people looking for divergent & distinctive separate spaces at the same four-story location we offer multiple film shoot locations- accessed with our freight elevator.
