This small room has access to reliable high-speed WiFi, HDMI cables to hook your computer up to our TV, Projector, Whiteboard, waiting rooms for clients, Nextiva polycom phone, plenty of natural lighting, and water included.

Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm is $59/hour
After-hours and weekend rates are $118/hour

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
