Beautiful, heated indoor covered pool with lots of amenities and toys to enhance your Birthday Party or Pool Day experience.
An exterior entrance offers a private entry into the pool and privacy during your stay. You'll enter through an outdoor gate into a flower garden patio set up with optional propane 4 burner grill or 2 burner Blackstone (additional premium amenity) an outdoor covered table and chairs for lunch, party, corporate event or birthday setting. Through the patio is an exterior sliding glass door entrance into your private pool room.
A private restroom is located in the main home just feet from the pool through an interior sliding glass door to include a walk in shower!
Towels, pool side chairs, floats, drop in pool toys, and a cold water dispenser are all included and ready for your use in the pool room. Marquis outdoor premium Hot Tub with jets in all seats is set to a comfortable 102° located in the courtyard available for your party's use (additional premium amenity) . No glass bottles or dishes are allowed in pool room for safety and cleanliness. 4' round table and chairs conveniently set up in pool room for guests and for birthday parties/celebrations. Food and drinks can be enjoyed in the Pool Room at the indoor table setting. Additional 6' folding table available at no additional cost for guests.
Bluetooth speakers and floating remote controlled pool lights available for guests. Swim caps, nose plugs also available. Life jackets for the littles or those who feel more comfortable for safety are available.
Great space for any event from Family Reunions, Couples Date-Night, Birthdays, Sun-Day Fun Day, or just to get away for the afternoon with friends and family. Pool is always heated to 85° and available to host an event year round. 90-95° heated pool available upon request for a Premium Amenity, please give advance notice as pool is heated by heat pump and solar.
