Located in West Town near Fulton Market, our space is lively, bright, and perfect for your next event. Our space is home to artists, creatives, and passionate folks in Chicago. ‍ A great open space for meetings, parties, get-togethers, and more. ‍ Our building policies require a security officer to be onsite during large events of 30+ guests. Security is an additional charge of $35-$50 per hour, paid directly to the security officer at least 24 hours before the event.
