Nobody Likes A Shady Beach

2026 season notes: The water is not heated and is subject to weather conditions. Nothing too fancy but I have a large full sun all day privacy fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. A place you can make yourself at home and enjoy an outdoor day. I'm offering access to my full sun 24ft round 4ft deep above ground pool with attached swim up tiki bar featuring attached upper sitting deck, and a lower tanning deck. I offer 3 tiki umbrellas for shade on the decks. Plenty of chairs including 4 barstool height chairs, 3 standard height chairs with foot stools and 3 side tables on the upper deck area, 2 tanning loungers, a 2 standard chairs and a side table on lower tanning deck area. A nice 10x20 shady space including 2 cushioned loveseats and 2 cushioned chairs with a sunny picnic table area that can be rearranged if needed that doubles as the night time outdoor movie theater (as listed in the amenities) I also offer several floats and just bought an air mattress available upon request for extra comfort or to enjoy some stargazing while floating in the pool at night. Plenty of tropical banana trees to view from every angle. The pool water has color changing lights to set the mood for after dark hours. The tiki guy masks and bar light up as well. If you're having a bigger party please bring extra chairs as needed and additional canopy if you need more than 10x20 shade. I have seating for 16 and 2 loungers. I offer cornhole boards. You're welcome to bring extra tables, yard games or whatever you need to be comfy. The water is balanced crystal clear, free of algae and not overly chlorinated. **Firepit access if You bring some stuff to burn 🔥, propane grill, and outdoor space heater available upon request as listed in the amenities. 420 friendly always just please be discreet because I have neighbors 💚👌✌️😎
