Completely Private Close In Country Property.

We're just 2.2miles off W. 11th at Bertleson Road. Our home is on 19 acres, completely secluded from view from anyone outside or even street traffic view. We have a 17 x 40 covered porch for dining, relaxing that wraps around to an additional 8 x 40 covered porch for watching the swimming in the shade. The pool is heated to 87 degrees (the perfect temperature to cool you off, but not so cold you can't hang out in the water for a while). The hot tub is big enough for 12 people. We keep it heated at around 98 degrees in the summer - just let us know if you'd like it warmer for your visit. Depending on the time of day there is full sun in the pool and surrounding area, as it gets late afternoon there is shade from the trees and we also have two large shade umbrella's. There is a dedicated outdoor changing room/bathroom. We have a giant yard with astro turf so year round there is a huge area for soccer, football, outdoor games and for kids to run around and get that energy out. We have an outdoor kitchen that can grille and service groups of 30-40 people no problem. This area is secluded, quiet (unless the kids screaming and music is happening) and you can be left alone to have your own good time on your own terms (Mostly). No destroying our home and no wondering away from pool area as our property is 19 acres. Because of being in the country and surrounded by trees and forest as well as artificial turf, there is NO smoking of any kind on the property. $500 fine will be processed through swimply if the guest is caught moking the guest will be asked to leave the property if caught smoking. We ask that all the host who book us for your special event will address this issue to your guests.
