Our huge backyard features a 21-foot above-ground, heated chlorinated pool, always set to a comfortable 90 degrees (requests for lower temperatures can be made 24+ hours in advance, though not always guaranteed). Relax in style with luxury seating designed to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, all conveniently situated under a shaded awning with a cozy fire pit table. Enjoy lounging on one of the four lawn chairs or unwind in our double hammock. 8 additional folding chairs are available as well if needed. For those seeking more activities, our backyard also includes a playground set and a trampoline for endless fun. After a day of swimming and play, soak in our hot tub with jets, which seats up to six people. Our private yard is meticulously maintained and treated for mosquitoes and ticks, ensuring a comfortable and pest-free experience. Come and enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation in our backyard oasis! Additional add-ons include a bounce house, double water slide/pool, slip and slide, fire pit, and more! Adults 21+ can escape to a romantic evening under the stars with our exclusive date night hot tub package, perfect for 2 or 4 guests. Enjoy a private soak in our luxurious hot tub with ambient lighting and 2 complimentary non-alcoholic beverages per guest. Unwind with your loved one(s) in a serene, intimate setting. Rates are $120 (up to two guests, 2 hours) and $200 (up to 4 guests, 2 hours). Please note there are security cameras on the premises, and we maintain a strict no nudity and sexual activity policy to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and our family. Monday-Sunday 9:30pm-11:30pm, noise levels must be kept to a minimum. Also great for a girls night out 😊
