Oasis… Studio City Heated Saltwater Pool

Prime Studio City location - close to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Hills and even the infamous Brady Bunch House! Private saltwater pool and backyard oasis in lovely Studio City on a quiet street . The pool is heated to a comfy 84 degrees between the 2nd week of May through the last week of October - heating between November and early May at a small additional flat fee. There are plenty of seating options, including umbrella covered picnic benches, lounge and relaxing Adirondack chairs. Complete private access of master suite for changing and restroom use. Special requests can be accommodated with advance notice… hot shower access in master suite with premium shampoo/conditioner and new bar of soap as well as dedicated shower towels, ice buckets (bring your own ice or we can supply for a fee), plastic cups, lighting the bbq, fire pit and heating the hot tub ahead of time. No glass around pool, no amplified music, our wireless speaker is the only device allowed. We need to respect our neighbors. If any major clean up is left behind, including throwing up, etc… an additional fee for cleaning will be charged at $125 - let’s all admit it, it’s disgusting cleaning up after someone else!
