Nestled in the country side of Douglas County. This 32X 16 salt water pool is the ultimate vacation location. Between the pool, gas grill, tiki bar, refrigerator, 2 hole golf course with putting green, this spot is the hidden treasure of the heartland. A short drive to Lawrence or Kansas City you will feel miles away from any stress. Located on a private road and sitting on 5 acres in Rolling Hills Estates. We were featured in the Discover Eudora Publication for 2020. Party pool configuration 3.5 ft deep on ends and 5.5 ft the middle. Perfect for kids, volleyball and/or adult socializing.
