Welcome to The Simple Life in Los Feliz! We are so happy you're here! PLEASE NOTE FALL/WINTER PRICING (OCTOBER-APRIL). YOUR POOL BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE HEATING THE POOL. IT ONLY INCLUDES HEATING THE HOT TUB. TO HEAT THE POOL WE NEED AT A MINIMUM TWO DAYS' ADVANCE NOTICE FOR ALL BOOKINGS AND THE COST IS $ 350 TO BRING THE POOL TO 85 DEGREES (OUR USUAL TEMPERATURE). IF YOU PREFER THE POOL TO BE HEATED TO A HIGHER TEMPERATURE, PLEASE SEE OUR AMENITIES, AND YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD MORE HEAT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE HIGH COST. OUR POOL RUNS ON GAS, AND IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE TO HEAT ONCE THE WEATHER COOLS. Please come enjoy our beautiful Los Feliz neighborhood and heated saltwater pool with a shaded Baja shelf for your little ones, then warm up or unwind in our jacuzzi. We keep the pool heated to around 85 degrees, which is perfection! Our large backyard is all yours, and guests have commented on how convenient it is to watch their kids due to the openness of the space. It includes a large, flat grass/turf space (our turf is confirmed non-toxic/PFAS + lead free via Earth Design), four Adirondack chairs, a corn hole game, a large deck with a beautiful seating area and another dining area, as well as an extra table for food at your request and a bbq for an additional fee of $35. We provide two coolers, kids' pool toys, a boombox, and a nicely sized tent with an RV toilet and changing area, suitable for parties of 15 people or fewer. For larger parties of 15 people or more, you will have complimentary access to our indoor restroom/ primary bedroom, and shower. You are always welcome to view our premium amenities to book our indoor restroom/shower / primary bedroom for an additional fee of $20 / hour if your party is under fifteen people, but you'd still prefer an indoor restroom.
