Private, gated Tuscan property nestled on 3 acres with beautiful views of the Pedernales River and Hill Country. Near wineries, farmers market and Pace Bend Park. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, starlight and relaxation.

Perfect venue for: Family gatherings and celebrations Weddings and events Private swimming and dinner parties for intimate gathering with hammock and fireplace for relaxation and big screen TV to watch games!

Swimming pool with waterfalls, evening lights, comfortable lounge chairs and couches with umbrellas to cool sundeck and lounge area.

BONUS: Large, covered, screened-in patio that includes grill, large stone and granite bar with seating for 5, dining area for 8 and cozy pit lounge area with big screen TV, fireplace and ceiling fans for cozy setting or watching ball games!

Kids swing set with slide and trampoline.

3-acre private property on Pedernales River with beautiful views of the Hill Country!

Friendly dogs are welcome but not allowed in the pool.

No glass in pool area. Only plastic cups and tupperware for snacks. Please keep area safe for everyone to enjoy.
