The Puce River Pool and Paddle

Quiet residence- on the Puce River. Fenced, in-ground heated salt pool with min. 85 degree-88, diving board. No hand railing for shallow entry except for a ladder at the deep end. Surrounded by an interlocking patio, with visible views of the Puce River. 2 lounge chairs under a large adjustable umbrella, two lounge rockers. Dining table for 6. Outdoor speakers (Bluetooth) and free Wifi. Covered patio available during inclement weather. Large backyard- cornhole Washroom/shower- available as a separate entry to the home's basement. (Exit back pool gate towards garage door, after entering garage, take basement stairs, and the washroom is to your left. Shower Towels available in the cupboard- leave in shower basin after use. Pool Deck bin- with extra towels, snorkel gear and toys. Parking- in the driveway to the right, along the curb upon entry (avoid the garage doors area). Follow the pathway to the back. To enter the pool area- 'pull up' on the gate latch. Pets-A tethered cord for your dog and a water bowl are available outside of pool area and welcomed within the pool area. Limited pool use depending on the size of your fur baby, for the sake of our pool liner. Our family dog 'Welless' is friendly! You may hear him bark at first, but he is just saying hello and is kept inside during your visit. Early riser- for laps. Contact me about it. New Hot tub! Chlorinated water. Lifeguard on duty upon request. Unavailable/On pause for the use of Trampoline, 2 paddle boards, and 2 self-bailing kayaks.
