The Puce River Pool and Paddle

Quiet residence on the Puce River. Fenced, in-ground heated salt pool with min. 82 degree-88 , interlocking patio, visible views of the River. 2 lounge chairs under large adjustable umbrella, two lounge rockers. Table for 6 (partial shade under the canopy). Diving board. Outdoor speakers (Bluetooth). No hand railing for shallow entry except for ladder at the deep end. Washroom/shower available as a separate entry to the basement. (Exit back pool gate towards garage door, after entering garage, take basement stairs into the basement, and the washroom is to your left. Pool Deck bin with extra towels, snorkel gear and toys. Parking to the right of the driveway (along the curb) upon entry; Follow the pathway to the back. To enter the pool area, 'pull up' on gate latch. A tethered cord for your dog and a water bowl are available. Our family dog 'Welless' is friendly! You may hear him bark at first, but he is just saying hello. Early riser for laps?
