30 minutes of setup (NO SWIMMING TIME)

This pays to have the time you need to setup everything so when your guest arrives you are ready to receive them! No swimming is allowed during setup time.If you want some of your guest to swim while you setup, then add extra regular time. We suggest adding breakdown time, no swim time.

Oops! Still Packing Up? (15 Min Overage)

If anyone is still in the pool or on the property within 15–30 minutes after your scheduled end time, a $20 fee per 15 minutes will apply. This helps us stay on track for cleanup and prep for the next booking. We send several reminders to help everyone plan ahead and to help avoid this fee.

Breakdown Time (Pack Time): This is a 30-minute period after your booking reserved for packing up and cleaning. All guests must be out of the pool—no swim time is allowed during this time. It’s strictly for gathering belongings and clearing the area.

We’ll have them set up by the pool so you can take pictures before placing them in the water for poolside photos. Please note: these letters are for decor and photo use only. They are not pool toys, floats, or swimming accessories and should not be climbed on, pulled, grabbed, or used while swimming. Damaged or missing letters may result in replacement fees.
