Big Private Pool In Glorious Van Nuys

Private backyard. Big heated pool. Direct access to a nice bathroom and shower without having to go through the main house. Pool floaties. A couple nice lounge chairs. Up to about 17 other chairs to accommodate people but just get in the pool already. The pool is heated to 85 degrees for guests. You can choose to have it heated to 88 as an amenity for an extra charge. When it’s really hot out, the pool is often already around 88. You can message me for the current temp. When it’s colder out, I may need more time to heat it up so try to give me notice if you can. The pool is on the east side of the house. The sun moves over and across the pool in the afternoon. By about 5pm the pool is entirely in the shade. Feel free to ask me anything. -Michael
