Private Pool In Lovely Van Nuys

There is no heater but with the summer heat and solar cover it's been between 80-90 degrees! When it’s 100 degrees outside, the pool is 90 — which is why I feel comfortable listing it on here. It's very nice to swim in. WARNING: The drain at the bottom of the deep end does not have an anti-entrapment device connected to it. Children should be supervised and should not go right up to the drain or stick their fingers in. I’ve never noticed any issue with the drain but this is what the home inspector told me. The pool is on the east side of the house. The sun moves over and across the pool in the afternoon. By about 5pm the pool is entirely in the shade. The furniture is old and the rattan lounge chairs have seen better days but you can still have a good hang out.
