Great private heated pool. The shallow end is 3 feet deep, and the deep end is 9 feet. Floaties are available or you may bring your own. Water is filter through a UV/ ozone system. Covered patio, covered gazebo and several chairs/ tables for you to sit and enjoy! You may bring food as long as you clean-up after yourself. NO glass by the pool please. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the music and noise level reasonable. We have an outdoor restroom /changing area! By booking with us, you are taking responsibility for all your guests. If your guests break the rules or are disrespectful to the property, EVERYONE with be asked to leave the premises, with NO refund. Remember: If your booking is for 12 people, that means there are 12 people - not 13. Keep your numbers accurate please.

No diving! No running around the pool. No nudity. Please clean up after yourself and use the provided trash bins. Please adhere to the number of guests scheduled as well as the time frames scheduled. We have a new single driveway which leads to sidewalks, so you don't have to use the stairs. You can park in the new driveway. Please do not park in front of the garage or try to go through the double gate. We will meet you at the side gate! We have a new outdoor restroom/changing room!
