Waterfront Diving Pool Oasis

Some guests gave me the first and only non 5-star review without even explaining the details (I have 5-star straight everywhere, Airbnb, Rover, Swimply, eBay, FB marketplace, Etsy, Uber...), it is unfortunate but I think rookie guests that never used Swimply before need to see the big picture better. - communication is key - and just like any customer service, if you have a problem, resolve directly with the host, i'd rather give a full refund or another complimentary booking than getting a non-justifiable bad review. I am not sitting by my phone for real-time questions, please knock on the door. I am also super honest (my day job is a professor) and I would tell guests what I think they could do better for future bookings, with me or not with me, while still giving them 5-star for their acknowledgement. - read the instructions - parking (and if I want guests to repark, I'll come talk in person, I am not using the app for emergency), noise (guests promise to cut down after 8 pm but they don't, I do not blame them for having so much fun but I care about my neighbor's autistic child, so now I cut down the hours), equipment (newbie guests this 2025 season have damaged my outlet, TV, speaker, skimmer... I have never charged anyone, I took it on me, and one time a guest just ordered a replacement ball to my house which was so thoughtful... I don't count floaties, I expect them to leak), trash (this is good this year so far, some groups, even a family group of 15, left my place cleaner than when they came). - respect - giving someone the permission to use a nice, clean, and private pool is a privilege in my opinion, guests will leave but I stay with my neighbors, and we both don't want this to be a public park. - value - I have a lot of favorite guests and events, that's why I am still doing this, and that's why I am not cutting down to smaller size, but I want loud groups (young adults) to book mid-day, and night bookers to be on the chill side.
