The Pickle Barn @ Franklin Farm

Our NEW pickleball facility is located on our family farm in Eastern Kentucky. It's location at the top of a hill provides beautiful views of the surrounding area and tobacco barn once used to hang and cure tobacco when this was a working tobacco farm. Our facility is a heated and cooled indoor facility built specifically for pickleball. The pickleball court is regulation size and coated for pickleball. We have two on-site PPR Certified Coaches available for lessons. The facility includes a bathroom, hang out area with a sectional sofa, dining table, bar, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. **BOOKINGS ARE ONLY PERMITTED FOR PERSONS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. CHILDREN UNDER 13 ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE FACILITY. ANYONE YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.**
