The pool is partially shaded in the late afternoon and shaded in the evening, full sun in the morning and early afternoon (see photos). Whether you prefer lounging on the pool deck or taking a break from the sun under the shaded main deck area, our space offers the perfect blend of sun and shade. Nestled among lush trees, this secluded retreat provides for your privacy with high fences and abundant greenery. Ideal for gatherings of all kinds—birthdays, baby and bridal showers, date night, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. Enhance your experience with optional extras like towels, pool toys, a large sandbox, a pool volleyball set/floating basket ball set and WiFi. These features should be booked at the time of reservation. Please review all descriptions when adding extras to your booking. Abundant free parking is available in the Birchmount Stadium parking lot, accessible via Kingston Rd (travelling west) or Birchmount. Feel free to pull up on the sidewalk in front of the house to drop off guests and any pool gear, and then park across the road. Please enter the pool area from the east side of the house and walk towards the back of the property. To note: This is a residential/family area, so we ask you to be considerate of our neighbours. If you are looking for a big/loud/adult party, this is not the pool for you. No loud music, smoking or glass around the pool please. However, large/fun kid and teen parties, family gatherings and private chill and relax events are our speciality!
