Chic Marietta Bamboo Retreat: Pool + Hot Tub

Beautiful modern pool and spa. This is a luxury swimming experience. This pool has a large shallow section with an approximate depth of 4 ft and a deeper section of approximately 6ft. There is a blue green pebble surface on the floor and walls. The Bamboo Retreat has two ledge loungers on the 9” tanning ledge. We have mostly morning and midday sun until about 4:00pm. Then the pool is shaded in the late afternoon. There is table seating for 4 and 4 loungers next to the pool. Under the deck in our “Cabana” there are two outdoor sofas, 60” television and fan. Minimal visibility from the neighbors which provides a private experience. Photography Sessions Welcome All photography, videography, social media content creation, influencer shoots, branding sessions, and commercial productions must be disclosed and approved before booking. Additional fees will apply. Professional photography, branding shoots, engagement sessions, senior portraits, and content creation are permitted with prior approval and payment of the applicable photography fee. Photography is restricted to the pool and designated backyard areas only. Images of the front exterior of the home, driveway, garage, neighboring properties, or street-facing views are prohibited. No geotagging or location disclosure permitted This Property Release applies solely to the pool area and designated backyard spaces. No rights are granted to photograph, film, reproduce, or commercially use images of the front façade, front yard, driveway, garage, street-facing elevations, or any other portion of the property not specifically designated for photography use.
