There are many different sitting areas. This large yard can accommodate you for special events, family gatherings, and more. This neighborhood is peaceful. Enjoy the sounds of nature. There is a gazebo in case it rains. The gazebo contains a picnic table and a seating area.

420 friendly. However, absolutely NO SMOKING on patio sets/seats. There is a seating area as soon as you enter the gate, if you want to smoke while sitting. There are other smoking areas you will be shown upon arrival. Do not pick the blueberries from the tree. Please do not turn off the power on the pool.
