Outdoor

Easy to access pool less than 1.5 miles from PLX Buehlers. Access pool from driveway gate or sunroom. Cement pool deck and grassy areas in fenced pool area. Shaded awning for those that need a break from the sun. Pool area gets full sun exposure during the day. We have 4 lounge chairs, cushioned reclining chairs, cocktail tables, and a dining table with 6 chairs. Extra seating and a kids picnic table can be added with notice. Plenty of pool floats are available for your fun in the sun. Upgraded fence to allow for more privacy with a fence screen. Please note- the diving board pictured has been removed for the remainder of the 2025 season, which creates much more room for floating 😎

Stove/Oven

Use of stove/oven/ microwave/ kitchen sink can be added on to the sunroom amenity. The kitchen area can be used by the host or caterer only. No full access to all guests. The kitchen is connected to the sunroom and has separation from my main living space.

Heated

Pool is heated to a minimum of 82 degrees and can be adjusted. With the summer sun, it usually stays around 86 degrees
