Welcome To Calico Pony Ranch 🦩 A Southern Living Designed Paradise… That Is Functional and Funky. You will be charmed when you pull into the property with a pine covered canopy which will open up to a circling driveway with plenty of parking. Calico Pony Ranch sits on seven acres with cascading views of beautiful grass covered hills and of course the lucious views of the horses. The home and pool deck sit at the highest point on the property and over look the quiet secluded landscape. But no worrries we are not stuffy here we have a covered porch with a swing, led porch lights, patio table, grill, smoker, bluetooth sound system, and a boho swing. The pool is saltwater and is a bean shaped lagoon with a in water lounge deck. You will have two umbrellas included, all of our fun floats, four loungers, four Adirondack chairs and Turkish cotton sun towels. You will also have full access to our HUGE private entrance bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub, separate shower with dual heads, double vanity, and toilet area. We do offer a sunroom option for the day as well and full party rentals and set ups. We can allow more guest depending upon the terms and conditions. You will need to message us for details. Calico Pony Ranch is here for fun in the sun or under the stars. We have little to no light pollution meaning you can see stars and planets…escape the city and enjoy your pool day or night in style.
