We bought this home because we love to party and enjoy our summer. 0.5 Acre backyard land with large swimming pool (both shallow and deep areas- 3ft to 10ft), with huge playing area, large deck, private cabana with change room, shower and restrooms for swimming pool parties. Swimming Pool and surrounding backyard have night lights, giving you a feeling of luxurious resort. Parties can start as soon as 10 am and can last as late as 9 pm in summer. (Ofcourse no loud noise after 8 pm) Enough parking for large crowd.
