About the pool

Come and cool off in our beautiful 9 feet deep pool! The perfect spot to spend those hot summer days. Our backyard also offers a full size basketball court, soccer goal run and a fully furnished patio. Our pool is located in a very private and peaceful area so you and your company can feel right at home. I also deal with multiple vendors for different occasions so your event can be stress free and fully planned out by my team. P.s Due to the Town of Brookhaven town code and me avoiding fines all hourly rentals will be for a minimum of 28 days you will have access to yard and property so WONT BE considered as a transient rental for less then 28 days of use by all bookings. We can discuss more after booking. Thanks for your understanding.

Please guest if you're going to have teenagers or children at the event I strongly recommend purchasing the court. It's adjustable for younger kids and it breaks my heart when I have to tell teens it's off limits becuase it wasn't purchased. It's a flat fee and strongly recommend for full experience
