Flying Flamingo Oasis

Spacious, tropical backyard pool with shallow ledge, spa and waterfall situated adjacent to the Atlanta Airport. Enjoy an oasis type environment within an in town neighborhood. Our pool is surrounded by lovely, tropical plants and foliage. We have a covered pergola with seating to get out of the direct sun. You have plenty of room to enjoy yourself with friends and family. Feel free to bring snacks or outside food, but please no smoking/vaping or illegal drug use. Absolutely, NO GLASS allowed on the premises. We ask for no loud music out of respect for our neighbors. Great for a family swim, birthday parties, swim lessons or simply relax and sun bathe. Families and groups of respectful humans welcome! EXPECTATIONS: Please be respectful of our neighbors and no loud noises. Here is how you can help respect our property and keep the fun going at our little oasis. - No weapons, firearms, or fireworks permitted. - No illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, marijuana, etc. - No Loitering or Lingering in the front of the house. - No glass permitted - Swimsuits Required (No swimming in street clothes) - Swim Diapers required for children not potty trained - No Diving or Running on the Pool Deck - No Lifeguard on Duty - All children must be supervised (especially in the water) - Pool guests assume any and all liability on property - Please do your best to respect the plants, lawn, & yard. - Shed and pool equipment are off-limits - Homeowner back porch is also off limits (unless under lightning warning) - All pool adjustments must be made by contacting the host - Please clean up after yourself and your guests (fees apply) - Alcohol (Drink Responsibly or you will leave) EVERY GUEST MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE APP. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ONLY BRING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS YOU PAID FOR (MAX IS 50) IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY FOR ALL YOUR GUESTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
