Relaxing Private Backyard pool and hot tub

A beautiful private backyard oasis that is completely fenced. Extra- a hot tub in the pool area also additional is a bbq and a fire pit. Bathroom in the downstairs of the house. Absolutely no smoking including in the driveway or in front of property- very quiet neighborhood. Very private, quiet feels like your on a vacation! Children must have appropriate flotation devices if they need it, they must be supervised by guests at all times. No eating in the pool. However there are tables, chairs and eating spaces available around the pool. You must be clean up after yourself or your party will be charged a clean up fee. If you want to cancel/ you must do that or reschedule- please do not message me to cancel your reservation for you. That counts against me. It is your responsibility to make, cancel or adjust your reservation, the amount of people you will have and the time you will use. I will be happy to extend your time if you want and if it’s available- please be aware we do book back to back parties. We will also add any additional amenities you would like when you are here. We are very flexible and we want your day to be fun, private and we love repeat customers!
