BRIO Oasis is a private tropical backyard retreat in Mount Helix, ideal for relaxed pool days, birthdays, and small gatherings.

Whether you’re planning a birthday afternoon, a few easy hours with friends, or a family pool day, the space is designed to feel private, welcoming, and unrushed.

Your group will have private access to: • custom pool with waterfall, waterslide, and spa • palm-lined yard with shaded lounge areas • thatched-roof palapa bar and grill area • koi pond and garden paths

The property is reserved for one group at a time and is best suited for guests looking for a laid-back, beautiful setting to enjoy together.

We are in a quiet residential neighborhood, this space is best for groups who want to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the setting while being respectful of the neighborhood.

Booking details: • 2-hour minimum • rates start at $130/hr • guest capacity up to 30, with tiered pricing • liability waiver required for all adults, with a parent or guardian signing for minors
