Outdoor

This scenic 10 acre property has a 1970's bungalow house, which is set back approximately 100 meters from the roadway. Leading up to the house is a newly paved driveway that is lined with maple trees, with 2 acres of luscious green grass on one side and on the other side is a small soccer area with a regulation size net, large vegetable garden and fruit trees. In the backyard is a 40 by 20 in-ground salt water swimming pool, with a pool house, trampoline and gazebo with seating for 8. The backyard is lined with granite and concrete, stonework and a perennial garden.
