Slide, Waterfall & Grotto!

Entire property feels like you've escaped Los Angeles to Yosemite National Park. Designed by Morgan Night creator of Hicksville Pines and Hicksville Trailer Palace. Pool includes waterfall, slide and grotto with compartment for iced beverages. Heated year round to 84 degrees with a great ledge for toddlers to wade in. Also enjoy the cave shower, private bathroom, outdoor kitchen including gas grill, sink, Smeg fridge and two burner stove. There's also a cute 50's canned ham trailer you can use as a change room, diaper changing, eat lunch or take a nap. Have lunch at the picnic table by the koi pond with baby turtle.
