About the pool

Our oasis is great get away for you and your family/friends to swim and enjoy the Summer. Enjoy the view of our beautiful pond with Koi fish. Plenty of seating area, 4 tanning chairs, a mini fridge, hot cheese/chili warmer, margarita machine, speaker, propane grill, charcoal grill and a flat griddle. There is also a hangout spot in the Selena inspired garage area where you can shoot some 8ball pool or just chill and lounge. All children under 2 will need to be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. For safety reasons. Camp potty, changing room available outside.

Cheese/Chili warmer

The warmer is an industrial one it has a cheese side and chili side. The chili side can be used for hot dogs or anything to keep warm. You can also only use one side for cheese.

Pool Toys

We have a basketball net for the pool with balls. Please no hanging or dunking on the net or rim and remove all balls when done. It is a plastic basketball hoop.

The pool is 3ft-9ft deep. No food or glass containers around or in the pool. Dry yourself before entering the garage area if you reserved it. No access to the inside of the home. Please bring your own towel(s). Clean all areas used. Throw trash away in the alley way, dumpster. Close the fence and gate once your reservation has ended and area is cleaned.
