Fall HEATED family pool and Jacuzzi!

5 feet oval pool with ladder and privacy fence around the yard . Beautifully enclosed see-through porch area with heat available in the winter . Complete with gas grill, hibachi’s grill , Bluetooth speaker, tall fridge , lights on patio and in the pool , and hammocks ! lounge chairs , couple tables and a swing ! Pool is heated to 86 degrees Enjoy our NEW JACUZZI right next to the pool for an extra fee! We also have an ice machine and a full fridge for your use . Smoking is not allowed on patio unless it’s smokeless vape, hookah etc. Smoking area is designated by the grill area Bathroom is located once you walk into gate entrance to your left labeled “BATHROOM STRAIGHT AHEAD”. Also please do not hang out in the front of the house or on the neighbors lawn or driveway after you are done with your pool session. If you are waiting for a ride, please wait in the backyard until it arrives. We appreciate all our guests ! Please be aware that we will terminate your current rental in process if we feel that our property and or neighbors are being disrespected in anyway with noises and or property damage / not following rules. Please be aware this is a family pool and there will be no excessive alcoholic drinking and no one under the age of 21 will be permitted to rent the pool by themselves unless they are occupied by adults
