By booking, you agree to follow these rules: Max 30 guests allowed. If more attend without approval, you will be charged $10 per hour per extra guest. Music must remain at a respectful volume after 10 PM and must be played only through licensed public-use platforms (e.g., Soundtrack Your Brand, Cloud Cover Music). You are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of all guests, including in and around the pool. No lifeguard is on duty—no diving, running, horseplay, or unsupervised children...
