About the pool

Very beautiful big in-ground pool thats 5 1/2 ft on one side and 11 ft on the other side. This pool also have kids area, water slide and diving board. Lush green surroundings around. Also have a fire pit if u would like to use.

**Me & my wife will be inside the house where we cannot see you guys. Please only reserve, if you are comfortable with that. WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE HOUSE**

**NO LOUD MUSIC OR SCREAMING **

**KEEP THE DOOR TO INSIDE THE HOUSE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES ** IF I FIND IT OPEN, THERE WILL BE $100 FEE ADDED TO UR RESERVATION**

** IF ANY EQUIPMENT IS TOUCHED OR POOL WAS LEFT UNCLEAN, THERE WILL BE A $100 CLEANING FEE**

BOTH THE FEE’S ABOVE ARE NOT TO MAKE MONEY BUT TO HAVE SOME KIND OF CONSEQUENCE FOR THE MISTAKE..

Door left open or pool not left clean fee

The door to inside the house for restroom is to be locked at all times. Even if u are inside using the restroom please close the door completely closed behind u. Also if the pool is not clean or have any issues after u guys leave, this fee will be applied.
