About the pool

We have a gorgeous new outdoor space with over an acre fenced in just the backyard. 16x40 saltwater pool with a bunch of water features! Pool jets, fountains & waterfall kids can jump off. 3 huge umbrellas for shade in pool deck area. A step down to a 30x30 covered pavilion that includes two 8 seater tables, two gas grills, two mini fridges, access to coolers, 2 commercial huge fans, Alexa speakers, 3 huge TVs, and a lot of counter space. In addition two separate gas fire pits with seating, Connects to a log firepit area with couch seating and 3 hammocks. A huge yard to play games like spike ball or boche ball. Another covered deck with couch seating on opposite side of pool with another tv, a gas firepit and a 10 person jacuzzi.

Please keep in mind that all set up and clean up has to be within your window. Please leave the area as you found it. Clean up all trash and leave it bagged. All decorations are welcome just please remove everything you put or brought without damaging any structures. No glass on pool deck but it’s ok in the pavilion, firepit area and upper deck.
