The water is always clean and well maintained with current water temp 85-90 degrees 1 .. PARKING.. please park on either side of the street .. 2..If drinking please drink responsible .NO drinking, eating, vaping or eating in pool 3..DO NOT ask for a refund or partial refund or to stay later if you arrive late 4..Be mindful of the time that you have booked and when time is up please have everything ready to go ..Please plan to clean up prior to leaving time 5..We cannot allow guests to stay later because of a late start . Please be mindful that there may be another party coming after your time 6..Hosts please make sure guests are ONLY in the house to use the restroom and return back right after 7..Please be respectful of all the rules ..Don’t wait until the last minute to get ready to leave ..The person renting the pool is responsible to let everyone know the rules 8..Music is allowed but NO LOUD MUSIC **fridge and freezer available for use in backyard shed *Speaker is free Charcoal grill is available for use ( free) u will need to bring own charcoal ( I have lighter fluid) I will provide trash bags for cleanup .. garbage / recycling cans available in back by the entrance for use Pool Floats / toys are free for use EXTRAS available for rent ( please add into your payment) Puddle Jumper - 15 $ daily free Margaritaville Machine 25$ daily fee Swim Diapers 2$ each Karaoke machine 25 $ daily fee Fire pit 35$ fee Yard games 5$ each daily rental ( cornhole and toss across) Let’s work together to create a wonderful fun and safe day for your family and friends If you have any questions please message me and I’ll be happy to help!
