If interested in using the pool, we have a seperate listing for that & you can add on the hot tub for a flat fee of $50. Hot Tub and Swimming Pool Waiver and Release 1. Acknowledgment of Risk: The Renter acknowledges that the use of the hot tub and/or swimming pool (collectively, “Facilities”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death, and agrees to use the Facilities at their own risk. 2. Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter agrees to be fully responsible for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to any person or property as a result of their use, or their guests’ or invitees’ use, of the Facilities. 3. Children and Supervision: The Renter agrees that children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the Facilities. No lifeguard is provided. 4. Health and Safety Compliance: The Renter and their guests agree not to use the Facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair judgment. The Renter further agrees to abide by all posted safety rules and any instructions provided by the property owner or their agents. 5. Waiver and Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Renter, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Property Owner(s), their agents, representatives, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damage arisin…
