In the winter, there is no access to a bathroom or place to change. THIS LISTING DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL ACCESS. If interested in using the pool, we have a seperate listing for that & you can add on the hot tub for a flat fee of $50. Children under the age of 4 years old should never use the hot tub, and children under 16 years old must be supervised at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the hot tub, and should only enter if they can stand on the bottom with their head completely out of the water; limit hot tub use to a maximum of 5 minutes at a time, as high temperatures can be dangerous for young children; never dive or jump into the hot tub. Avoid drinking alcohol or using drugs in the hot tub. The hot water will amplify and speed the effects of any alcohol or drugs.
